Our Goal Is To Help Students Improve

Our mission is to provide both “at-risk” and regular education students who are academically, behaviorally, or socially challenged in the traditional school setting, an opportunity to function at his/her own pace with an Individualized Development Plan. To create and provide an
atmosphere that stimulates academic success; also to challenge both “at-risk” and regular education students to build character, and become life-long learners in this ever changing culturally diverse society. To provide an opportunity for parents and guardians to be involved in their child’s educational process and gain knowledge of the school’s expectation. To provide families with educational resources to help students reach their potential.

About Our Curriculum

Academic Mastery teachers use a variety of researched-based curricula. A curriculum is selected based on an individual student’s needs and IEP team discussions with consideration of the state common core curricula used in general education. Based on individual strengths and weaknesses, specific strategies are instructed and supported throughout the educational program. The approach incorporates the use of technology and S.T.E.A.M across the curricula. PBIS skills are taught to help form more independent and motivated learners.
